Welcome

Situated close to Royan, we offer a large range of recording, mixing, arranging, programming services. Arrive with an idea; leave with a master!

The studio is ideal for recording small groups and solo artists and there is additional space to adapt to the needs of more complex projects.

For longer sessions we also have a gite which allows for a relaxed and productive work rhythm. We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in an calm environment and a creative atmosphere. More info under Accommodation

What we offer

In summary - recording, arrangement, mixing and mastering - whatever is needed for your project.

Richard is an experienced sound engineer with more than 30 years of making and recording music and is here to help you make your musical ideas a reality!

We are also singers and musicians ourselves (piano/keyboards, guitar, saxophone, flute, congas . . .) and if you need some extra input we are here to help to find the sound you are looking for. Our group is called Les Fous Frogs - see our site for more info.

The nitty gritty - how much?

For the studio and Richard's time the base price is €25 an hour. That said our principle is that we should never let time or money get in the way of good music and everything is negotiable and flexible. The price includes unlimited tea and coffée . . .

Example cost to record a demo :

For a day-long session (no matter how long!), a standard cost of €150, including the studio, Richard's time and full use of the equipment and instruments.
For a weekend (or 2 day) session including 2 days in the studio plus two rooms for the night, a standard cost of €400.
